My practice focuses on adults, adolescents, and marital/family issues. I specialize in existential/spiritual issues, substance abuse, health psychology, and adolescents. I use hypnosis, EMDR, family systems work, meditation, and cognitive therapy. In addition to traditional therapy, I utilize a coaching model with many of my clients.
