Trained and interned at the Univ. of Texas, Austin, as a client-centered therapist, I have extended this specialization into Focusing, and have been affiliated with Gene Gendlin's New York City based Focusing institue for 20 years. I emphasize growth and health, rather than diagnosis and disease, focusing on the experience of living, the power (sometimes toxic and sometimes rich) of belief systems and the inherent human movement toward actualization and fulfillment.
