Brief Bio
I trained as a Counseling Psychologist in Ireland and worked for 14 years as a Psychologist in Ireland, 7 as a Senior Psychologist before coming to Santa Barbara in 2009. I received my Psy.D in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2019.

I take a Jungian lens so I am interested in wholeness. Using an integrative and holistic approach in my work. I incorporate conscious and unconscious processes while attending to the interconnection of mind, body, spirit and emotion. My therapeutic approach integrates contemporary trauma research, depth psychological perspectives and mindfulness practices.
