Brief Bio
I work with young adults who are high-functioning on the outside and overwhelmed on the inside. They're worn down by racing thoughts, constant pressure, and self-criticism. At the core of my work is a mindfulness-based approach that helps clients relate differently to their inner experience -- thoughts, emotions, and sensations -- so they no longer feel consumed by them. I weave together meditation, somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create lasting change. Clients can break free from cycles of worry to uncover the deeper truth: they are already whole.
Insurance providers I accept:
Aetna PPO
