I am an clinical psychologist, executive coach and leadership consultant. I lead a psychology and professional services practice. I provide clinical therapy and also advise leaders across healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, and private-sector environments.

My work focuses on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance, partnering directly with individuals and teams to strengthen decision-making, engagement, and outcomes in complex, high-stakes settings.
