Brief Bio
I provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families as a Licensed Psychologist in the State of California (PSY32497). I received my doctorate in Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and completed my doctoral internship at The Help Group in Los Angeles. I then trained under the supervision of Licensed Psychologist, Radhule Weininger, M.D., Ph.D. My research focused on the application of mindfulness-based interventions for children, and I have worked as a lead teacher and pedagogy advisor for Kind Mind, a non-profit provider of mindfulness instruction for youth. I hold a M.Ed., have been licensed as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and worked previously as a high school special education teacher. I am also trained as a Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapist.
