Brief Bio
I take an integrative approach to therapy, applying my training in practices of acceptance and mindfulness to help clients take concrete steps to reach their goals. My clients report increased compassion for themselves and others, and the ability to respond to their emotions more effectively.

I have training in multiple evidence-based approaches and experience treating diverse concerns that teens and adults experience. In my current work, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I work best with clients who may feel stuck or may feel overwhelmed by their emotions.

I work collaboratively, and will often utilize experiential exercises, including mindfulness and guided visualizations in therapy. I have found that through my schooling and training in community counseling settings, college counseling centers, and outpatient/inpatient treatment programs that what makes this work meaningful is building connections with clients through authenticity and deep listening.
