Mindfulness During CoVid19 with Dr. Radhule Weininger -

Hosted by the SBCPA CoVid Task Force

During this week's COVID-19 check-in, Radhule Weininger and Ari Goldstein will present ways in which mindfulness is a proven and helpful asset within mental health. We will talk about how mindfulness can be a helpful medicine for us, protecting us against clinician burn-out, secondary-traumatic stress, and moral-distress symptoms. in fact, it is an important aspect of self-care, especially during COVID. In this time of pandemic, with anxiety, depression and trauma soaring, mindfulness and compassion, as attitude to be held and as a regular practice is crucual. We will discuss how to integrate mindfulness into a recommendation to our clients, adults as well as children. We will inform you also about our non-profit Mindfulheartprogram' projects in schools and with seniors as part of our efforts to counteract the effects..
